If you do not receive your product(s) after this timeframe please get in touch on 01353 662062 or email us stating your order number. If we are unable to fulfill the deliver because of stock levels or any unforeseen circumstances we will get in touch with you and arrange an alternative delivery day or provide you with a refund.In relation to events, your confirmation order email is proof of booking. If this email doesn’t arrive please get in touch, quoting your order number or full name.Returns and refundsIf, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.The following terms are applicable for any goods that you purchased with us:Event cancellation rightsTo cancel an event hosted/arranged by Oliver Cromwell’s House, you must inform us either by email or call 01353 662062. Please note to receive a full refund, we need to be informed within 14 days of the booked date. Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to appear in your bank account.Conditions for returnsIn order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:The goods were purchased in the last 14 daysThe goods are in the original packagingThe following goods cannot be returned:The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.Only regular priced goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, goods on sale cannot be refunded. Returning GoodsYou are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
