As part of the 2017 Eel Festival Weekend, Oliver Cromwell’s House hosted several highly successful and wonderfully received “An Audience with….” Events featuring Jane Devonshire and Theo Randall. 2018 sees the return of these events, with a name change to reflect the more relaxed atmosphere and presentation of these “In Conversation With…” events.

Rosemary is a talented and versatile chef and cookery teacher, who loves talking about food as much as she loves cooking. She is a natural extrovert and communicator.

Rosemary’s professional career includes a period working for Pierre Koffmann - at the internationally famous Tante Claire restaurant in London and also a period working for Jean-Christophe Novelli.  She later went on to become  Head Chef at Amhuinnsuidhe Castle from 1998 till 2002, running her renowned cookery course for hundreds of eager students over the four years before moving to Swinton Park where she led her cookery courses for ten years.

Rosemary endeared herself to the nation when she took part in 'I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here' where she proved she could cook just about anything, anywhere.  She is best known for appearing on many TV cookery programmes including; ‘Ladette to Lady', ‘Rosemary Shrager's School for Cooks', ‘This Morning', ‘The Alan Titchmarsh Show'.  Her latest show 'The Real Marigold Hotel' aired in January 2016 and in Spring 2016 is her newest show The Chopping Block for ITV1.

The Second series of 'The Real Marigold Hotel' aired in early 2017.

Tickets are priced at £10 and the event will feature conversational discussion with Rosemary, before opening up to questions from the audience. This event promises to be truly unique and memorable.
