We are all keenly awaiting the opening of Britain’s first sake brewery in Fordham by the Dojima Family later this year. We are thrilled to be able to feature owner and master brewer of Dojima Brewery, Mr Hashimoto, to be our fourth participant in our series of "An Audience with" sessions.
This is your opportunity to learn more about Japan's much loved beverage including the technique for brewing as well as how best to drink it, including tasting several varieties.
